- VVictorWashington, D.C. Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoIt’s a nice tea service to go on a date. My wife wanted to go for her birthday and we had a great time. The tea was really good you can have as much as you want so pace yourself. The full tea service was good we had good sandwiches and pastry and dessert selections. I liked the location near the Potomac river. The service was excellent too we had a really good time.More infoLady CamelliaPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Alexandria•4.7
- LLisaWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe usually go to the Willard’s Peacock Alley afternoon tea around the holidays but this year, when I went to book a reservation, there was no availability. So, I hunted around for an alternative, saw this, and decided we would give it a try. And we LOVED IT! The food was plentiful and delicious. The pastries were so beautifully and creatively made to reflect the Christmas season that I almost didn’t wast to eat them. It is also just a gorgeous place to have tea. The lobby where the tea is served is both grand and intimate. We were seated right by a big picture window. (Let’s be honest, there is a reason they call it Peacock Alley—you are basically sitting in a hallway making the experience at the Willard a bit claustrophobic.) And the service was OUTSTANDING! Everyone was so nice and attentive. (Although the service at the Willard is also generally good, it does feel a bit like a factory assembly line.) I almost don’t want to tell you how much we loved the whole experience because I don’t want it to get overrun like the Willard. The tea service at the Willard is still nice but I think we have found our new favorite place. Thank you to all the staff at the St. Regis for making it such a memorable experience!More infoThe St Regis DC - Afternoon teaPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Downtown•4.4

The food was outstanding with some interesting, and very tasty, additions to the traditional holiday menu. The service as always attenttive and we never felt rushed. - KKendraWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 9, 2024The tea itself and service were excellent. The savoury components were well balanced and delicious. The sweet components were hit or miss. Some were overwhelmingly sweet. The clotted cream was closer to a chantilly or whipped cream than a true clotted cream. However the scones and the jam were delicious. The ambience was also a bit mundane. Overall, the experience satisfied a craving, but did not match the expectations based on price.More infoSeasons Restaurant - Four Seasons Washington DCPrice: Moderate• Breakfast• Georgetown•4.6
