We went here for Sunday brunch to celebrate my youngest daughter's thirteenth birthday as she is an aspiring pastry chef. The service was outstanding, Dylan was our server and he was very attentive. I saw prior reviews that weren't as favorable, but this is Disney and you are paying for service, ambiance and our brunch was fabulous. We are a family of 6 (2, adults, and 4 teens 13-18) and we bought an entire cake to go so I believe without the cake it was probably about $50/person, we had 3 appetizers (French baguette, warm butter croissant and the French toast bites), all specialty beverages and 6 entrees. 3 of my kids had waffle entrees, 1 had pancakes, my husband had the croque monsieur and I had the ham, rosemary and goat cheese quiche. Everything was fantastic and served in exquisite form. Dylan also graciously took pictures of us at the table and by the carousel in the center of the main dining room. In my mind, the visit was well worth a special occasion/vacation. The quiche was certainly the best I have ever had and paired well with the arugula salad. The rose cappuccino was definitely a unique treat and the cinnamon donut holes served with the matcha latte were divine.

My fiancé and I have birthdays in February so we celebrate them and Valentine’s Day at the same time and we decided to try a new place we had been dying to dine at. This didn’t disappoint! Our server Belle was attentive from the start. We were sat outside but it was well covered and the weather was perfect. We did bring our own wine because Its our favorite for our celebration but they charge a small corkage fee which is more than fair at 35 flower first 2 bottles. Apps were delicious their take on focaccia was wonderful and the house Cesar salad spot on The flexibility with the menu is amazing especially for those with various allergies. You can ge thskfnorkfjins do the pasta and they have great house made pasta but note they do cook it Al dente so if you prefer softer ask. The grilled chicken ,veal ravioli and their take on a veal parm were outstanding! It will be hard to try other items when you find ones you already love. Belle surprised my fiance with an affogato for desert because she knew that’s what she wanted and then An additional surprise champagne toast for us. Also between courses at one point the manager came out and addressed us by last name which is a really nice extra step of service to make us feel known and taking that time to check the name really says a lot about their approach and value of us the guest! We will be back and very soon!

A Sensory and Culinary Masterpiece Last night, my wife and I celebrated Valentine’s Day with our fourth visit to Salt & the Cellar, and once again, it was pure perfection. From the moment we stepped inside the high-scale boutique hotel that houses this gem, we were captivated. The ambiance exudes elegance and class, the lobby itself is a work of art, and the signature scent in the air? Absolutely divine. It sets the stage for an evening of indulgence. Then came the food. The tuna pizza? A showstopper. The duck and filet mignon? Out of this world—expertly cooked, rich in flavor, and unforgettable. And the desserts? The Chocolate in a Cup and Chocolate Cigar with passion fruit mousse are simply unbeatable. The perfect balance of decadence and brightness. But what truly makes this place extraordinary is the elegance and class of the lady owner, who is always present, ensuring perfection. She tends to the tables, supports her team, and makes sure every detail is flawless. Her passion and dedication shine through in every aspect of the restaurant. And then there’s Paul. If Salt & the Cellar is a five-star experience, Paul makes it a six. His service was flawless, his timing impeccable, and his passion for hospitality undeniable. Paul anticipated everything before we even asked. Paul made our night perfect. Salt & the Cellar isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. From the breathtaking ambiance to the meticulous attention to detail, it’s a place that lingers in your mind long after you leave. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out on one of the finest dining experiences imaginable. And when you go? Ask for Paul. And be sure to appreciate the remarkable owner who makes this place the masterpiece it is.
