- SSandyChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoMy husband and I live in the same town as Donny G's. It was our 1st time there. What a gem. We will be back. The service from the minute we hit the door was outstanding. The drinks and food were so good. We savoured every bite of both our meals. We had the whitefish and rotini w/ meatballs in parm. sauce. The bread and oil/cheese appetizer was yummy. The Pasta Fagioli soup, and Cesar's salad were spot on. We were so pleased and couldn't say enough. It is so hard to get a good meal for the value nowadays. We can't wait to bring our family there. The waitress was warm and friendly. I have a feeling this will become our "go to place" Give it a try, you will be pleasantly pleased.More infoDonny G's RistorantePrice: Moderate• Italian• Elmwood Park•4.6
- MMichelNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a wonderful time here. We ordered the ceviche flight, the steak flight, some sides and a dessert that came with three things. EVERYTHING was really excellent. About an hour into dinner the live music started and I was afraid it would be too loud but it was just right and there was a Flamenco dancer! Would definitely go back. Highly recommend.More infoArtango Bar & SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Lincoln Square•4.6
- AAmyvipChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe Duplex has been on our list for awhile and I’m happy to say it did not disappoint. It all started with our server Josh S., who was fantastic- he was very personable and attentive without being overbearing, made great suggestions and even brought us a couple after brunch cocktails on the house. The chicken and donuts with hot honey were unbelievable. The chilaquiles with chicken tinga were also very good, just not on the same level. The Bloody Mary was just ok- the bacon was a nice touch but no celery, pickle or olives to really give it flavor. Loved the Blind Monkey banana infused cocktail. All that said, what really made it stand out for us (besides Josh) was the live DJ. It was a bit loud but we loved hearing our old school favorites - it just brought such a great energy to the space.More infoThe DuplexPrice: Moderate• American• Logan Square•4.2

- WWilliamCancun / Riviera Maya •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 3, 2024Excellent Czech/Boehmian food in a city that used to have so much of it and now has very little. It doesn’t look like much, but that doesn’t matter. Show up, take a risk, have a great meal you literally can’t have anywhere else in Chicago anymore. Spring for the herbal aperitif shot on tap and the Karlovarsky dumplings. Dont ask, just do it.More infoCafe PraguePrice: Moderate• Czech• Dunning•4.6
