Located on First and Main in the heart of downtown Napa and housed in an historic 1880’s building, the Bounty Hunter Wine Bar & Smokin’ BBQ has been voted “Best Wine Bar in Napa Valley” for years running. The old-West themed Wine Bar features an incredible wine list, over 40 wines by the glass with tasting flights, artisan beers, and a full lunch and dinner menu created by Chef Mark Johnston. The Beef brisket, Pulled pork, and our signature Beer can chicken are the best in the West! The Wine Bar is open late on the weekends, which means you’ll have plenty of time to rub elbows with some of Napa’s local winemakers. Of course, the main reason to come to Bounty Hunter is the wine.     Food is great. Not overly smoky. Sauces are tasty especially there regular one. We had cheese plate shared by 4 people, 1/2 slab and slidrts. Sliders are a great way to get a taste of different meats for 1 person. Ordered whisky flight. Not that impressed by offerings. First had so much alcohol it burned my nose and ruined it for the ear. Was able to get the plentiful smoke from #2. Not worth it imo. Fun date nite or with friends.

    This is as my 2nd visit here. First visit was drinks and sitting around the fire pit which was nice. Enjoyed the ambience, kid friendly, outdoor venue. Simple ordering with barcode scan, made it convenient for large parties of you want to order separately. Beverages were good. Heat lamps near every table, really worked as it was a cold night. Play are for the kids and live music for the adults. Very good experience, food served quickly and delicious.
