I received a card for my birthday and decided to try it. SO GLAD I DID! It was excellent! The atmosphere is some of the best in the valley. The drinks were fantastic, the food was beautiful presented and tasted amazing. They also have a beautiful bar and patio area. It’s a scratch kitchen so be prepared to have a nice, leisurely meal. Definitely go. You won’t be sorry.

Walked in late for our reservation, the staff kindly greeted and sat us, from the entry to our dessert the experience was one of the best I’ve had in the past 15 years of downtown dinning. The attention from the staff as group in the entire restaurant was truly a testament to the culture that has been created at the Arrogant Butcher. We look forward to our next experience. Five stars across the board from the food and service to the ambiance. What a wonderful evening from the moment we arrived until we left. We were there celebrating my wife’s birthday and had a wonderful family celebration. Everyone made it very special. There are very few restaurants I can rate this high. I’m glad this was one. Everything was delicious and we look to dining at Flint by Baltaire again.
