Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar is mixing up classic cocktails like our Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned (made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery) and playful recreations of after-dinner sippers like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper.     We had a great dinner. Julie was an attentive server without being overbearing. We had the amazing toasted ravioli, steaks were tender and didn’t need a steak knife! Crème Brûlée was on point as always! It’s a great value for a date night.

    We put together a large party before the Cornhusker vs Blue Jay men’s basketball game at CHI. It was OUTSTANDING. They sat us at the “wine table” they called it, right next to the gorgeous wine cellar. It was fun because we could see all of the Blue and Red fans shuffling in, and the place was packed. Our 3 course meal came out fast with friendly service. 4 Prime Ribs were carved at our table, and was delicious. Other favorites include the super club chicken entree, the filet, pasta app, the Mac & cheese side, and the sweet potato creme brule. We saw they feature live rat pack music on Saturdays and we re-booked next Saturday.

    Our server was great, but the hostess who sat us came back and asked us if we were ready to order yet, as though to ask 'can you hurry up and order, eat and get out of here so we can sit someone else'. We were in no hurry, but there was no one waiting for a table, with several still open.
