First when I called about the pre fixed menu Karrie was soooo friendly and informative on the phone. None of us have ever been there as we were hoping the reviews were as good as they said! We all ordered off the Prix fix menu. Started with salads. Caesar salad and the offshore collective salad were both delicious. The 3 men got the short rib. 2 of the girls for the Branzino fish. I got these tickets stuffed shrimp with pasta. Oh my goodness all of the entrees were awesome. Then the dessert that was included was to die for!!! It was Dulce de leche (chocolate) and it came with real whipped cream and strawberries! Delicious!!!! The service was great. And they even gave us a rose at the end of the night. The price was fantastic for everything you got! $99 for 2 people for all of that. We will definitely be back when the weather is warmer to see the water outside!!More infoThe Collective OffshorePrice: Expensive• Seafood• Columbia•4.4
- SSteveVIPSouth Carolina •33 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoFrom arrival to departure, excellent service on a very busy Valentines Day. At the table there was expert help in picking food and wine combinations that were spot on. The amuse included lemon arancini that popped with bright lemon flavor and a glaze and greens nicely complementing. We split the crab toast and pork belly appetizers, it was hard to say which was the best as each was amazing. For entrees we each ordered the filet with creamed spinach and fingerling potatoes. It was perfectly prepared and delicious and we were taken by surprise by the creamed spinach which was by far the best we have ever eaten. Desserts of berries and shortbread provided the perfect ending to a great experience. As usual, the Jazz served as an excellent backdrop for the evening. One of the best dining experiences we have had, thank you for the excellent performance of the entire 18th and 21st team.More info18th & 21stPrice: Expensive• Speakeasy• Columbia•4.8
- WWilliamWashington, D.C. Area •27 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoAnother pleasurable experience at Glenwood's. Went for Valentine's Day. Our server, Michael, was outstanding. The food was delicious, as always. 16oz ribeye at medium rare was grilled to perfection. My wife had the prime rib. Both cuts of beef were outstanding. We also had the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake for dessert, which was delicious. We usually go with our regular, the key lime pie, which is also delicious, but opted for the cheesecake this time, as Michael recommended it as a "no brainer." Glad we did. Great recommendation by Michael! The entire dining experience was outstanding and was topped off with the restaurant giving my wife a single, long stem red rose for Valentine's Day.More infoGlenwood's - Stanford Grill: ColumbiaPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Columbia•4.7
