At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment.     While visiting familia over the Holidays we made our first visit to this restaurant based on a neighbors recommendation. It did not disappoint. It was fabulous 👌. Homemade Pasta, Fresh Ceasar Salad, delicious Veal, and piano music to boot. Great Food, Service, & Ambiance. Ask for Griffin! Very knowledgeable & accommodating. Will be back again on next visit for sure. But if you live near here, a must try & you will be back again also. Caio Bella !!

    For the first time, we made reservations for Christmas. The special meal offerings were amazing! (Regular menu items were also available). Our server was Robyn, and she was an absolute joy!! I can imagine it may be hard for some to work on Christmas/Hanakkah. She never stopped smiling, the mood was festive, and we had a great time. We may make this our new annual tradition. Thank you for making our visit excellent!
