Best Restaurants with a Notable Wine List in Conshohocken

For over 40 years , my wife and I have celebrated our anniversary with good friends who were married 2 days apart from us. Many of the restaurants have come and gone (Deux Cheminee, La Camargue, Coventry Forge Inn, Vickers, etc). Sadly, our friend’s husband is gone, too, and for the last few years we have celebrated as a party of 3. Our table by a window had soft lighting. Service was attentive, but not overly so. The chef was kind to agree to substitute broccoli rabe for artichoke purée as a base for the Day Scallops, and to add anchovies to my awesome Caesar salad. My wife’s branzino was fabulous, as was my Barolo short rib. A caramel crunch brownie shared by 3 was the finishing touch. Savona, a cut above!

The whole experience was great. The gentleman at the front was super helpful. The bartender was spot on. Our server was a pro. She gave us space but was right on us if we needed anything. She timed the meal perfectly. Really well done.

This was a birthday dinner and Wow! It was terrific! The steaks were perfect, presentation was lovely, service outstanding and a special birthday dessert caused these sugar free oldies to fall right off our diet! It’s expensive but a good value for a special occasion.

Another great dining experience. The food and our server Gianna were first-rate.

This was a birthday lunch for a customer who frequents often with his family. There was a sign on the table that said "Birthday" but nothing was brought out to him, not even a mini dessert.
