- RRandaNashville •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoMy mom and I were celebrating mom's 80 th birthday. I had put notes on the online reservation that it was mom's birthday and that we would like to be seated next to the window in the rotating section. Our server, Faith, did an outstanding job of recommending appetizers and entrees. We had the hallumi cheese and the crab cakes appetizers and the salmon entrees. Everything we ordered was prepared to perfection. I asked for the salmon well done and crispy on the outside and it was FANTASTIC. Mom got the key lime tart as her birthday surprise with a candle and happy birthday written in a chocolate piece ontop!!! I got the chocolate cake. The key lime tart was better than any we had in Florida!!!. The cake was decadant and the size of the entire plate. Faith has the best customer service skills and was very attentive and engaging. Honestly she made our night so enjoyable, along with the spectacular view of Louisville sunset and Ohio river and OFCOURSE the DELICIOUS cuisine. The other servers that took our empty plates and refilled our drinks were so attentive as well. Thank you for making this occasion so special and taking such good care of us.More infoSwizzlePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown Louisville•4.5
- BBrianLos Angeles •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 23, 2024Delicious food. Our server was great, offering good recommendations to my sister who was indecisive about what to order. Our server was attentive, cheerful and friendly. Only criticism is the very small size of the cole slaw served with the fish & chips.More infoThe Exchange Pub + KitchenPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• New Albany•4.8
- JJamieCentral Kentucky •11 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 22, 2024We booked an igloo for 11 people. It was nice in that we had a private space for our family get together but I was expecting the kind that we could see through. Even though we were on the rooftop with a lovely city view, you could not see out from the igloo so was kind of pointless. And door to igloo could only be latched from the outside so you couldn't leave to use the bathroom because then you couldn't latch the door once you returned. And it was too cold to leave the door open and they had one pitiful space heater. However we did enjoy our food and drinks. Server was initially overwhelmed but then food and drinks started coming steadily. We enjoyed all of the appetizers (meatballs, potato wedges, shrimp and artichoke dip). Entree salads were also good. Family had burger sliders and they were tasty. Note: pizzas are quite large. They are definitely shareable. We'll come back in warmer weather to enjoy the rooftop but wouldn't recommend the igloos unless it's a particularly warm night.More info8Up Elevated Drinkery + KitchenPrice: Expensive• American• West Louisville•3.1
