Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Green Valley

It’s one thing to go into a restaurant, it’s another feeling when the restaurant belongs to Gordon Ramsay. I Have been to other Gordon restaurants, however; I could feel the attention to plating, atmosphere, and I could taste what Chef Ramsey has taught his chefs. With that said, the Beef Wellington is amazing, cooked to perfection, the puff pastry on the beef crispy, with a nice medium rare steak. The lobster risotto, was smooth and delicious. Octopus with the sauces is amazing. Golden beets salad fresh and the crème is excellent. Make sure you choose your seating early, in 2021 is when I found out you have to book early, and I mean

Food and service was beyond excellent ! Autumn Salad, Lobster ravioli, and Seared Scallops are a must get! Very surprised that this place wasn’t packed when we dined. Server also did a great job with menu recommendations! When the bill arrived , I was pleasantly surprised with the check total. Amazing Value!! Thank you all , we will be returning !

Matt was the coolest waiter! He definitely is a natural with making sure we were attended to throughout the dinner. This dinner experience was on a whole other level! The tasting menu was the best food experience I’ve ever had! The food was beyond delicious and the drinks were amazing! I recommend the tasting menu to people who want to experience this Michelin restaurant! Coming back in May!

Good food at a very reasonable price by Vegas standards. Tremendous service and wonderful location to people watch when you eat on the patio.

This was an amazing experience. Staff was amazing and the quality of the food exceptional. We were there for my wife's birthday and truly enjoyed this place. The staff is like a family helping each other out. Even a bartender in passing stopped to take our photo for us. The wait Captain made several stops to check in and ensure we were enjoying our evening. The Old Fashion was also very good.we ordered a variety of food and shared tastes among four of us and everything was excellent.
