Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Salt Lake City

First time going. Food was really great, got the bread plate for an appetizer, the butter for the bread was really tasty. For the main course my wife and I split the steak board and the steak and pork chop were cooked perfectly, and seasoning was on point. Butter cake at the end was 10/10. Overall super happy with the place. The only thing that kinda threw me was the service was mediocre to not great. Server forgot our appetizer. We had to ask another server to check on it. Drink refills were checked on at the end of our meal not really during. The server just seemed kinda cold which is fine if she is having a tough day, but didn’t really keep up service wise. Small pull back to a great place, We will be back!

The food was fine. Ribs were a bit dry. It would be nice to have a vegetable on some kind with them. The sauce was delicious. The salmon was prefect. We were a bit surprised at the lack of variety on the menu. A pasta option with a sauce rather than Alfredo would have been nice. The Dutch pull apart was fantastic. The service was excellent.

Very creative and tasty dishes! Bar seating is ideal, the bartenders engaging. Overall one of too few good dining choices in downtown SLC.

A warm, welcome harbor on a cold SLC evening for well prepared seafood, complementary wines, and service by a well informed, gracious, and affable wait staff. Current never disappoints. Just two of you? Treat yourselves to seating at the bar.

Our server was beyond amazing. She was cheerful, informative, professional, and took initiative to make sure our order arrived with enough time to leave for our show following dinner. Additionally, all of the dishes (and beverages) we ordered were absolutely fantastic. It’s clear this restaurant knows what it’s doing, has good leadership, and the staff is happy. We’ll done, guys 👏
