Atrium brings together our love of American cuisine and everything we’ve learned over the last few years. Oliva’s food sourcing philosophy and relationships with local purveyors and farmers are highlighted throughout the menu. The restaurant welcomes guests to escape to a different time and place when they enter the cozy lounge ensconced by colorful curtains with comfortable seating. To the left, a 1,200-square-foot parlor area complete with hand-painted tile by local artisan Charlotte Smith and a mural by Savannah-based artist Kipper Millsap. We know the word "fusion" has been wielded about to justify everything from Hula Burgers to Mexican lasagna. But the East-meets-South brand of fusion happening at Poor Calvin's? It's creative; it's innovative; and it's probably unlike anything you've tasted in the ATL. After working in kitchens around the world, Calvin Phan wanted to shake things up a little. And so, into the mac 'n cheese, the Thai spices went. Now, Calvin's giving Southern staples, like sea bass and fried chicken, a decidedly creative Asian-inspired twist (and a nip of spice, too). He has created innovative dishes, approached in much the same way, leave the hands of Calvin Phan day in and day out. His dedication and attention to detail are evident in each dish and dessert. You won't be disappointed.*Last seating 1 hour before close*

Probably the best flounder and salmon we have ever had, crisp on the outside yet incredibly most inside. It was Valentine's Day so it was a full house but the service was still good. Great waitress!

Our server, Iverson, was fantastic. Very personable and attentive. The food was great, as always. The seating was done a little awkwardly. It was a very busy holiday, and they were doing their absolute best, so kudos to their turnaround time on tables, the time it took from ordering to receiving food and drinks, and when our check was delivered and run. My only complaint was the specialty cocktail. It used a very inexpensive champagne, and I'm not bougie by any stretch, but it had the aftertaste of a cheaper champagne, and it had some strawberry puree and that was basically it. Their other cocktails are pretty amazing, so I was bummed this one seemed so out of the ordinary. Otherwise, an outstanding experience as always.

Overall, as always, a reliably good meal. The seafood platter is fantastic. My steak was not done correctly, first time that’s happened in many visits, but they corrected it. Bone in filet was so flavorful, love it. Service was top notch, corkage fees are getting a little high at $40
