The waiter was his first day and he was so professional so sweet. You saw that he loved his job. Restaurant was busy energetic. A great menu! I love they bring a starter for table 3 small containers of French fries with 3 sauce to munch on while one wait for the rest to come. I choose The Foie Gras appetizer & it was fantastic prepared & delicious. There is all cuts of meet but I choose 8 oz filet & my husband got the lamb chops ( both were perfectly cooked ) loved the creamy spinach. The food amount was plenty but one has to see the dessert( The list is Devine) I wanted to try every one!! We decided to get their specialty The beignet ( plate arrived with big 5 pieces with 3 condiments) it was a great ending of A Perfect Dinner. Must add the service was excellent with our 2 attentive, pleasant , efficient waiters Andres & Randy, compliments to them, they are great servers& a reflection of this good training in this highly busy resturant.
