Phenomenal experience at the Five Crowns celebrating parents’ 50th anniversary. Our server- can’t recall her name- was incredibly personable and made the experience so joyful and memorable. Even with how busy it was, we felt as if we were the only ones there with wonderful things ran. The carolers were incredibly talented and served as an wonderful addition to the night. Take a bow, Five Crowns. You deserve it for the stellar experience.

Our server was exceptional. We didn't get the table we usually want but we made reservations late on Christmas Eve and didn't specify. Food was great, service and drinks were outstanding as usual!

Five Crowns was bustling tonite for Christmas Eve so service was a little slower than usual but still good. Enjoyed the carolers...very festive!

Had 5:00 reservations on Christmas Eve. My daughter and her husband wanted to be home by 7 for their two young children. We were seated promptly and had our order in by 5:20 telling them we were in a bit of rush. Salads came out in 15 minutes. Main course didn't show up for another hour. Three prime ribs were ordered med rare, one rare. They all came out cooked the same. Rare. Mine was cold in the middle. Didn't have the time to send them back to the kitchen so my daughter and her husband ate a few bites, got a to go box and had to leave. It was a disappointing Christmas Eve dinner

7th Christmas Eve dinner but this time food was really disappointing. Wilted sad salad. Rubbery duck. Creme brulee that tasted like scrambled eggs with soggy brulee. Lamb, prime rib, cocktails, and service was great though.

The food was delicious, as always, and the Christmas decorations and ambience of the restaurant were delightful! The Old English Carolers had fantastic voices and add so much Christmas Spirit to our dining experience. I try to come every Christmas and it's become a real tradition for me! This should not be missed! My thanks to the entire Five Crowns Team!

Five Crowns Corona Del Mar has lost some of its luster from days gone by. Food is good. Service is friendly, not refined. Attention seems to be given more to operation of the restaurant than to diner experience. Festive Christmas holiday atmosphere prevails.
