christmastime is the busiest time for this restaurant. the carolers were fantastic and so was the yummy prime rib! We try to go most years in December.

I realize its the Christmas season but we had a reservation for 7:15 for a party of six. They finally came to get us at 8:00. It took 30 more minutes just to get bread on the table. We didn't get out of the restaurant until 11pm!

Been here several times for Christmas festive meal. Sadly, this time it felt like a ‘has been’ experience. More tables fit in so the noise level made conversation difficult. Famous popovers came to the table very overcooked. Didn’t send back b/c we just wanted to eat and get out. Pride if Criwns salad lacking flavor and bits of important ingredients were minuscule. BIG disappointment sadly

The Five Crowns delivered the PERFECT holiday meal for ourselves and our guests. The holiday menu was superb and the food done to perfection. With a subtle nod to English holiday fare (prime rib, Yorkshire pudding, etc ...) the menu selections fit so well with the beautifully decorated dining room and strolling carolers. Just perfect. The wait staff was very attentive despite the full dining room and our server Andrew was very welcoming and offered some excellent entree and wine recommendations. Thank you to the Five Crowns and its staff for taking our holiday to another level!

Our experience was a 10/10 in every respect. Damian was our server and he was attentive, quick and extremely professional. He got everything just right. Honestly, it was the best experience we’ve had in a restaurant in a very long time!

Celebrated 3 birthdays out of 4 people. The Carolers were spectacular. Even sang happy birthday. We haven't been back to the restaurant for several years and it didn't disappoint. Server Shelley was perfect and the food was delicious. 3 birthday people ordered prime rib and agreed it was the best they ever had.

While the service was good and the atmosphere was lovely, especially with the Victorian Christmas carolers, the food was expensive and not that good. One of us got their classic prime rib which was pretty good. The duck I ordered was literally the worst I've ever had at a restaurant - rubbery and tasteless. For the prices they charge, the quality of the food should be much better!

The service and food is always great at Five crowns. The only issue I had this time for the company holiday dinner was the location of my table. I understand that it’s Christmas and the tent is up but I was seated at the end of the tent. Unfortunately the heaters were not functioning when we seated and it reeked of propane. They had to open the tent which meant freezing temperature. I asked for blankets but still cold. Wasn’t until the end of dinner when the heater was finally fixed. We were comp’d coffee for being cold. I would not be seated in the tent during the winter in the future.
