   Wasn’t really impressed with the drinks and my meal was nothing special I ordered the Parmesan walleye and the potatoes and brusselsprouts that came with it were coated in grease/oil, making them inedible. The only thing that was impressive were the salads. The lighting needs to be revisited it is way too bright in this restaurant

   Bonnie H was the best server! She had great suggestions and noticed we needed another drink before we even realized it! Can’t say enough good things! Rork, the bar manager went way above and beyond by making up a batch of the scrumptious limoncello frozen martini for us (after we got hooked the first time). Hands down, most refreshing cocktail we’ve had! We WILL be back!!!

   I was at your restaurant yesterday at 1:30 pm. It was noisy, even after many nearby patrons left. I had a wonderful waitress. Food was good, hollandaise sauce cooked have been warmer. This is a favorite spot when I come to town to visit family.

   This restaurant has very loud music making it hard to visit. The tables are way too close together you feel like you're eating with the people next to you when in fact you're not. The food was not the greatest. The customer service was okay. The tall blonde lady up at the front had 0 personality and barely smiled when you came in yet the shorter dark-haired lady had a nice big smile and said thank you for stopping have a good evening which was very appreciative. Our waiter had exceptional service which is why we tipped her $10 over our 20%. If we choose to go back my husband and I decided it will be when the weather is nice and you can sit Outdoors. Get away from the loud music and the clothes tables. Hopefully the next item I choose off the menu will be better. Hard for me to decide with all the different styles of food they prepare.

   We had a late Saturday lunch at Five West with close relatives. We wanted time to visit, good food, and needed a specific kind of table for health reasons. There were no disappointments. The note I added to the reservation about seating was respected, the food was excellent as it always is, and the service was attentive and thorough. One of our party is vegetarian and had no trouble finding a delicious entree as well as a non-alcoholic brew. Five West is one of our top favorites in Rochester.

   Our party of three, had lunch the day before and loved it so much we came back the next day to try breakfast. Everything that we ordered was deliciously fresh and Hidie provided excellent service. Thank you !

    Had a reservation and were seated promptly. Water and our server Kyle M. arrived right after. The Prosecco was great and was an "honest" pour, the Cranberry Crush Margarita is a seasonal favorite and the mixologist was perfect in preparation. We had the Tuscan Salmon Penne and the Steak Fettuccine both wonderfully prepared and plated. We always get a side of Brussel Sprouts and Szechuan Cauliflower and are never disappointed. We have been coming here since they opened and they continue to hit a high bar in all regards. This is our favorite go-to restaurant.
