   Having dinner was a celebration for my daughter‘s birthday. Everything was perfect service food in the variety at the salad bar was amazing. We will be back again on a special occasion oh, and let’s not forget the desserts.

   The food was great, as usual. We go there about once a month at least. BUT.... the waiter we had, made this for our worst experience at The Flame. The waiter kept calling me "Boss" and was speaking like a teenager talking to his buddies, when he would ask us questions. I am pretty tolerant, but his repeated lack of respect and courtesy for his customers was too much. Me and my wife actually said we may never go back because of this. We didnt recieve the banana and mashed potatoes, and when we let him know, his reply was "Oh damn, i knew you were missing something, i will get them in a little bit boss." I cant believe that establishments allow their waiters to call guests, BOSS. When he was speaking to my wife about if she needed anything, this was how he asked her, "Hey, you doin good?? ", and he said it again, very rudely and like she was one of his teenage friends.

   Against my better judgment I booked a 9:00 reservation because it was all they had. We arrived at 8:15 and were not seated until well after 9:00. The buffet was out of bowls, plates, and some items. We didn’t even get a full round of meat before they came asking if we needed anything else. They were out of pineapple. Most of the meat was well done except for the few pieces they cooked for us because we asked. I had to ask them to bring the lamb. I spent most of dinner chasing something down. It was not an enjoyable experience. I love this place, but go before 7:30.

   Everything was really good except the lobster bisque. It was watery and bland, no signed of any added ingredients like lobster. Lots of choices on the salad bar. Service was really slow, but we understand this happens. We were not in a hurry so it was ok. It is still a great place to go for a special occasion.

   We checked in 5 minutes early for our reservation. We were the only couple waiting but after about 10 minutes, another couple showed up and were seated within a few minutes. Another couple showed up and the same thing happened. We weee finally seated 20 minutes after our reservation time. I wanted to just leave and not continue to wait, but my wife didn’t mind, so we stayed. Food was very good, salad bar is amazing. Service is average.

   We had a fabulous time! The steak was done to perfection and we even got the grilled pineapple which is absolutely delicious!!! We love the steak house and will continue to be loyal customers!

   Did not refill salad bar items once emptied. Our reservation was at 7. Once last person was set they started tearing down the salad bar so they could prepare for closing.

    Flame Brazilian Steakhouse at the Grand Casino is our all-time favorite restaurant with it’s incredible salad bar offerings and fabulous select meat choices!! We have never been disappointed!!!! Love, Love, Love this place!!! ❤️😋
