   The young lady that took care of us was super sweet, never let our drinks go empty and was really nice and informative and helpful. The tall man with the glasses that brought out meat was rude to me and my husband and unprofessional and almost made the experience bad, but thanks to our waitress and the other two men that served the meat we had a enjoyable time.

   Food quality was top shelf and Hostess service was fantastic! A bit slow tonight, which was okay with us, however the gentlemen behind the meats would full out blitz us every time we flipped the coin to green. Easy fellas…take your time, there’s no need to rush quality!

   We expected a nice variety of meats, we were disappointed. Salad bar was fair, nothing I'd brag about, besides the smoked salmon was good. They served filet (overcooked) , sausage, pork loin, 3 flavors of chicken (the bbq bacon wrapped was good) Lamb chops (extremely overcooked) Sirloin (some good-some overcooked) Grilled pineapple. That's it. For the price...we expected ribeye and other beef items. Won't be back.

   Having dinner was a celebration for my daughter‘s birthday. Everything was perfect service food in the variety at the salad bar was amazing. We will be back again on a special occasion oh, and let’s not forget the desserts.

   The food was great, as usual. We go there about once a month at least. BUT.... the waiter we had, made this for our worst experience at The Flame. The waiter kept calling me "Boss" and was speaking like a teenager talking to his buddies, when he would ask us questions. I am pretty tolerant, but his repeated lack of respect and courtesy for his customers was too much. Me and my wife actually said we may never go back because of this. We didnt recieve the banana and mashed potatoes, and when we let him know, his reply was "Oh damn, i knew you were missing something, i will get them in a little bit boss." I cant believe that establishments allow their waiters to call guests, BOSS. When he was speaking to my wife about if she needed anything, this was how he asked her, "Hey, you doin good?? ", and he said it again, very rudely and like she was one of his teenage friends.

   Against my better judgment I booked a 9:00 reservation because it was all they had. We arrived at 8:15 and were not seated until well after 9:00. The buffet was out of bowls, plates, and some items. We didn’t even get a full round of meat before they came asking if we needed anything else. They were out of pineapple. Most of the meat was well done except for the few pieces they cooked for us because we asked. I had to ask them to bring the lamb. I spent most of dinner chasing something down. It was not an enjoyable experience. I love this place, but go before 7:30.
