   The ambiance is great, a nice quiet setting overlooking the water and NYC cityscape. Food was delicious but a little pricey but that’s to be expected at an establishment like this. Service was spot on from the moment we sat down, we were always attended to. We had an overall great experience

   My wife and I aren't new to Flemings. But still to this day, they never fail to provide top notch service and deliver top notch food. Always a "win" choosing Flemings!

   Our experience was amazing. The drinks and food were very tasty and well worth the price. The only feedback I’d leave was wishing the service staff help a standard of not using flash photography in their dining rooms. Too often did this happen and it was very distracting and almost painful.

   Our server, Yanet, remembered my sister and I from our last visit which was almost a year ago. She is so sweet and went out of her way to find the wine we wanted. The food was amazing as always, we had petite filets cooked to perfection, creamed spinach, and chipotle macaroni and cheese. We shared the gooey brownie and it was so delicious. We’ll be back for sure!

   The staff at Flemings are A+. From hostess, to the waiter, to the helpers, everyone was so kind. Flemings offers very nice gestures that go a long way for birthdays, the hostess actually read the reservations and wish happy birthdays upon walking in, they give you a birthday card to leave on the table so everyone knows it’s your birthday, they take a birthday picture and print it for you, and they give you a little box of chocolates to take home.

From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make our evening special. Chris ensured that every detail was perfect, from securing a beautiful window seat that made the night feel even more magical to checking in on us with genuine care. Sergio’s service was impeccable—his attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth made us feel truly valued. Every step of service was executed flawlessly, and the personal touches throughout the evening elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to find such a combination of excellent service and genuine hospitality, and Chris and Sergio made sure our anniversary was not just a dinner but a memory we will cherish for a long time.     The ambience of the restaurant was absolutely beautiful..however…I ordered a “medium well” steak and received a medium rear, not once but twice. The manager told me that the steak will be on him which I appreciated. The spinach the other food like my spinach was cold. So all the side orders were cold and I had to eat the steak alone because it came out last. I was really disappointed because 2yrs ago the food was good.
