   My son went for the Thanksgiving because we didn’t want to have dry turkey for dinner. We both had the pre fixe menu with aged bone in rib eye, which tasted perfect with the holiday gravy.lobster bisque and carrot cake were also superb. Service was amazing- we counted that the staffed checked on us 15 times during dinner lol before the check.

   We went on Thanksgiving with family. This was the sixth year we have had this celebration at Flemings. The food as always was superb but the service was below their standards this year. Our steaks were served to the wrong person and we were never asked if they were cooked to our liking. We had to flag down our waiter to get drinks and refills. I’ve just not ever had such poor service in this establishment. I was disappointed but I still enjoyed my family.

   The waiter was wonderful management wonderful came to make sure all was good. The steak was great not over cooked well seasoned and tender. A wonderful first experince.

   Fleming’s has always been our favorite even at Thanksgiving. Food quality wasn’t good. Meat isn’t top notch, mushrooms were mushy, shrimp was way overcooked. The waiter was ok but other services lacked. Really disappointed.

   First the waitress was incredible. The food was delicious. We had the both soups, filet (could use more flavor), Miso Sea Bass and lobster mash potatoes. No complaints on the food but seriously how can Texas think they are serious on fine dining but their chefs don’t know how to plate a dish. The sea bass was very nice but the filet came out like I order at a cafeteria. I know it is à la cart but throw a food coloring design or a couple pieces of mint. It takes moments. I shouldn’t feel like I’m being served at Lubys here. Culinary school does a full module on plating. Scares me if there are chefs or cooks. It isn’t just Fleming’s but maybe 1% of Texas restaurants plate a dish. That was our only complaint but I have plates proper plated at fine dining in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean, never mind true fine dining cities like NYC, Vegas, LA, Paris. I should be able to expect a fine dining restaurant in Houston would know how to.

   Our experience was wonderful and special. We celebrated our 17 yr anniversary and the staff were so celebratory on our occasion. We were welcomed with a decorated table, a beautiful welcoming card with an anniversary greeting noted inside. They toasted us with a nice glass of champagne. Our waiter took the cake. He was the most attentive waiter we ever experienced. Niko was on it from the word Go. He didn't bug us but he didn't miss a beat. The best balance we could have asked for. Thank you for making this occasion so memorable.

   Overall, we had an outstanding dining experience. We were there to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant had placed a birthday card, along with some birthday confetti on the table on our booth. Donovan our server was excellent. He was very personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. We also, had a manager stop by to wish me a happy birthday. The food was excellent, steaks, and all the other dishes were cooked to perfection. We had a desert, and the restaurant also provided a birthday desert, along with two glasses of champagne to toast my birthday. I highly recommend Flemings, for any occasion.

   Extremely bad cooked steak and fillet mignon. Prices not commensurate to the bad cooked meal.

    The waiter Will was awesome. Perfect and attentive service. Great recommendations and personable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Matre D’ John was also amazing. Went above and beyond to ensure our great evening. It was my sons anniversary and the v table was decorated and a toast with. Complimentary champagne!! Must return during our next visit to Houston.
