   Really wanted to love our experience but it was not that good. We went on thanksgiving and got the Thanksgiving menu but everything was cold and looked like it sat out for way too long. Our green beans were badly overcooked and soggy, our mashed potatoes were cold and they ran out of one of the 2 desserts on the menu we could pick from. Service was slow and my glass of wine came out mid entree - I know it was a holiday but if your open and offering a specialty menu its really your job to live up to what you offer. I would not return again.

   One of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Mushroom app took 20+ mins and when it came out you can tell it had sat in the window because the aioli drizzle had hardened. One large bunch of hen of the woods mushrooms that should have been cut up, when we cut into it the bunch it was slimy and unedible. We barely took a bite.Server never inquired why we didn’t eat any of it. My daughter’s lobster bisque came out ice cold. Took one bite and was cleared again as a full bowl, never asked if it was okay.  Both my daughter and I got king crab legs as our entrée. Butter was brought to the table in a little container with a candle, but it wasn’t drawn butter. It was expected that the butter would melt by the time our king crab legs arrived that did not happen because the candle kept going out and we never saw our server so it was never lit again so when our king crab legs came out, we ate them with cold hard butter. King crab legs were dry and hard like they had been sitting in the window neither of us finished our entrée and right at the end of our entrees our sides finally arrived didn’t even take a bite of either of our sides because we were already done with the whole experience and wanted to leave. Nothing was ever acknowledged the fact that we didn’t take a bite of our appetizer, that soups were uneaten. The entrées were uneaten, that side dishes were eaten. Nothing was ever addressed. We sat without water for the majority of our meal, and we rarely saw our server. I tipped 20% on a barely edible $400 meal and we ate frozen pizza for Thanksgiving dinner.

   Wait over 30mins past our reservation time with about 50 people packed on top of each other in the tiny lobby with no seating. Elderly people with walkers having to stand for over 30 minutes waiting for their tables. The hostesses were clueless. I’m happy to pay $$$$ for good food but I expect outstanding service for that money. I feel they missed the mark on this night. Food was very good, but overall service was definitely lacking.

   I didn't realize Thanksgiving was the busiest day of the year. The staff was slammed. It was good food. Valiant effort...overloaded.

   Sarah was our server and she was excellent. She was so kind and attentive during our special meal. Flemings has always been our favorite to celebrate special occasions for over 25 years.

   Great food and excellent service. Had our Thanksgiving meal here this year, and glad we made the choice. The turkey, filet, and all the fixins were prepared to perfection.
