   This, by far, was the worst steak experience I have ever encountered. My family and I were seated for over an hour before we received water or any form of drinks. The meal came shortly after. No courtesy check-ins were made, and no level of manager engagement occurred to at least hear from me. The level of no accountability was evident and frustrating. Mind you that I had two young kids with me that had not eaten for over an hour. This was not what I would expect from this level of steakhouse.

   We had a great time celebrating Valentine’s Day at Flemings last night. We were seated promptly and in a booth as we requested. The staff was very nice. Our server, Sarah, was exceptional! Very nice and tended to all our wants and needs! We split a wedge salad and it was delicious. I had lobster bisque that was just ok. I had it previously and enjoyed it but last night it was bland. I also had the crab cakes that were very good. My husband had a petite filet and said it was good but a little tougher than he liked. He also had a baked potato and we shared creamed spinach which were both good . The crème brûlée for dessert was very good . We always enjoy the service and atmosphere at Flemings . I think it’s hard to get the food perfect during a very crowded holiday and we will be back again!

   $10 valet service scarred the entire evening. After dinner, we stood in line on a cold evening and were forced to wait over 20 minutes for my car that was only steps away is frustrating. Only 1 person was running to get cars on Valentine’s Day! Self parking is very difficult at the mall. Ordered the $62 11oz filet mignon cooked to medium and $61 14oz angus ribeye cooked to medium rare. $17 Expresso martini was great. $9 Lagunitas beer was poured poorly and came to the table with 1 inch off the top-probably due to foam and an impatient bartender. $18 Asparagus and $17 mashed potato sides were good. The filet was cooked to only medium rare even though we ordered medium, however, we don’t like sending food back so we dealt with it. The steak was still delicious. We were seated at a table top next to a high traffic area. My wife had to change chairs due to the constant back and forth of staff and due to the fact she didn’t have enough room to cross her legs. The tables are very low and thick, so she had to back her chair away from the table to sit comfortably. The waiter and staff were fantastic. Plan to spend over $100 per person.

   Everything went well. The hostess was great and she mentioned the fact that we were there for a birthday celebration. Our waiter was attentive and hospitable. I would return w/o hesitation. We really enjoyed ourselves.

   Fantastic Experience at Fleming’s Steakhouse! Had an amazing meal at Fleming’s! I started with the mushroom soup, which was rich and full of flavor—definitely a great choice. For my main, I went with the bone-in ribeye topped with fresh grilled scallops which were very fresh and had a great smoky char. Also had a side of grilled asparagus that were perfect. On top of the incredible food, the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and really made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

   A First-Time Experience to Remember! My husband and I visited Fleming’s Steakhouse for the first time on a Tuesday for their Tomahawk special, and let me tell you—they did not disappoint! From start to finish, the guest experience was excellent. Our server, Bobby, was incredibly attentive. Even when our second round of drinks was delayed, he quickly teamed up with Blake, the manager, to personally make our drinks. To top it off, they took care of the second round on the house—now that's top-tier service! As for the food, it was simply outstanding. The Tomahawk steak was one of the best I’ve ever tasted—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The salads were fresh, and the Caesar dressing seemed homemade, which made a big difference. The lobster mac and cheese was rich and indulgent, pairing beautifully with the mashed potatoes. Our drinks, a margarita and a blueberry lemon drop, were well-crafted and complemented the meal nicely. And let’s not forget dessert—just as impressive as the rest of the meal! Every bite was a delight, making the entire experience unforgettable. Fleming’s exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for top-notch service, an incredible steak, and a well-rounded dining experience, this is the place to be!
