We were seated promptly at a table with a great view of the open kitchen, where the chefs worked like a well-oiled machine. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive but not intrusive, ensuring our drinks stayed full and every course arrived at the perfect pace. Now, onto the food: it was flawless. The signature Beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked with a buttery, flaky crust and tender, flavorful beef. The lobster risotto was rich and creamy, while the sticky toffee pudding ended the meal on a high note. The attention to detail in every aspect, from plating to presentation, was outstanding. It’s clear the team here takes pride in delivering a memorable experience. No drama, no hiccups—just exceptional food and service.     Joe’s Stone Crab in Las Vegas is truly life-changing — if you’ve never had seafood before. The crab claws? Pure luxury, at prices that make you question your life choices. The ambiance?     First time for breakfast after coming many, many times for dinner. Our party ordered the crepe du jour, corned beef hash and the breakfast sandwich. Each was unique and delicious. The crepe was very large with seasonal berries. The sandwich had a “too die for” green goddess sauce. The corned bee hash was tender and tasty with Yukon golds (we opted for scrambled instead of poached eggs). Josh was very attentive without “interrupting”’our experience. He kept the drinks full and checked in as necessary. Highly recommend.

    This is the best buffet in Las Vegas, hands down. The food is excellent quality, and the service is usually top notch. It is very expensive but the quality of the food makes up for the price. I do not recommend going without a reservation as you may have to wait a while or not be seated at all. I also do not recommend going on a holiday as they increase the price for the same food you get on a regular day.
