Too noisy and too crowded. I know for a fact that there are ways to help reduce the level of noise that bounces off all the walls , glass and hard ceiling. Management needs to look into that. I know we won’t be back until something is done about that. Maybe reduce the number of tables and people that are jammed into that place

Francesca’s always reliable dining experience took a step back for us. Service was excellent, but food was just average. Salmon dishes more bland than normal and pasta carbonara really lacking flavor and richness you want in an authentic pasta dish. Maybe an off night, busy holiday crowd, so perhaps a rushed kitchen. Anyway, better options around if this is more than a one off.

Came to Francesca’s for Last minute Thanksgiving reservations because our other plans were canceled. The location is adorable and the restaurant was festive and inviting. Server was attentive and hospitable. Drinks were amazing- limoncello martini recommended by our waiter was perfectly not too sweet. Plenty of food options, Italian Charcuterie board had me back for seconds and the spinach apple salad was sooo good as were all the other traditional Thanksgiving dishes. The dessert table had many choices- I would buy a box of the green tea amaretto cookies! Overall it was exactly what we were looking for and not one thing to complain about. Thank you for a great evening.
