    This is the first time we visited this property. The food was excellent and well prepared. We enjoyed each part of the meal. The service left something to be desired. Not as attentive as I would have liked. However, I would go back to try a second chance when it is not a holiday.

    Our dinner was delicious. Started with the beets. The Bolognese was fabulous came to the table hot. My dining companions had the Italian chop salad and added chicken, which they really enjoyed. I gave four stars for the service because we had to ask several times for hot sauce, salad dressing, and we ended up canceling a Diet Coke because it did not come before we finished dinner.

    The servers were very nice and welcoming. The food is awesome. I used to live in Chicago little Italy area 20 years ago and Francesca was my favorite Italian and was located on Taylor street. I moved out of chicago and missed this place so much. Now I am visiting Chicago and found out Taylor street one is gone. But near my hotel in Northbrook, Francesca’s North reminded me the flavor that I was looking for. Perfect pasta and perfect calamari!!

    The perfect place to celebrate friendship at the holiday season. Food, service, and atmosphere were all perfect! Our group even remarked on how pleasant and noise was not even a factor. All the Scotts did a wonderful job with service.

    Very inattentive service. Private party in process and not enough servers to handle the lunch diners. The soup was delicious but a small bowl ; Caesar salad was decent. The food here has gone downhill unfortunately.

    Staff and experience was great. I noticed the food is not the same as it used to be. It was fine, but not exceptional that I used to know Mia Francesca for. Seems they have made some changes to the quality.

    The team at Francesca‘s North was outstanding. We had a small weather condition roll in which delayed our arrival, but Francesca‘s was able to accommodate a 15 minute reschedule for our reservation time while we were on our way. The food was absolutely outstanding. The service was kind and complementary and the GM Scott (52) even stop by the table to make sure everything was wonderful for the evening. Looking forward to going back over the summer so we can sit outside on the patio as that look like a lovely area as well.

    The restaurant was decorated lovely for the holidays. Tables are too close together! My dining companion and I made a swift exit because neither one of us could hear the other. Service was friendly and attentive. Food is good, but nothing special. I was brought a plastic container for the leftovers! The restaurant needs to be more mindful about plastic and more mindful about the ingredients used in their food. The restaurant has potential to be fabulous…
