Wonderful food and service. Great local jem. Enjoyed food and drinks. Faves are lentils with goat cheese, any pasta and any of the salads. Cheers!

Beautiful location and cozy setting. Food was phenomenal!! Fresh made, LOVED that every vegetarian option was clearly marked and had ample selections. My only slight complaint was the drinks from the bar. I can appreciate doubling up on the liquors to make it seem like more for the money BUT when they are so strong that they aren’t really enjoyable. It kills the vibe. As one who loves Grey Goose usually, this tasted like pure vodka with a Luden’s cherry cough drop. I’d much rather savor it and order a second than be miserable. We weren’t the only ones in the room that didn’t enjoy their drink. Could have just been an off night for the bartender!! Everything else was perfection!!

This is one of our favorite places. Howerver, this time we were disappointed. No mint at the bar for drinks, which was surprising for an upscale bar. The pasta, which is usually delicious, was barely warm; and they had no decaf coffee for our deserts. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Francesca‘s is a neighborhood standby. Our party of four enjoyed an excellent meal tonight. We shared Caesar salads followed by four different pasta dishes. I particularly enjoy the calamari with linguine why my partner adored pasta with meatballs and marinara sauce. Francesca’s has always been good but tonight we reached a new level. Actually, I have heard from others at the restaurant has improved dramatically, and I found it to be true tonight.

Welcomed with the usual warm enthusiasm and taken to our favorite table. We ordered a couple of old favorites, despite one of us being a bit under the weather. The waiter noticed how much was uneaten when we asked for our doggy bags, and insisted on taking the price of one entree off the tab, though we promised we were eating it later. This elevated even our already high regard for Francesca's and its staff and reinforced the enjoyment of the evening. All stars all around!!

Great food. Mild noise level. Server was neglectful. Took order and didn’t see him again for an hour and a half. Ran out of water. Dinner took two hours and 15 mins for a meal with no drinks or dessert involved.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was fabulous and ambience was perfect. We were pleasantly greeted by General Manager, Mike and he was very personable and welcoming. We frequently visit the location in St Charles and always same friendly, great experience. Thank you to Daniel for recommending the downtown location for my mother’s birthday celebration.
