Very nice place and restaurant. Excellent food and perfect service. Dished are particularly well presented and got a very good taste. Even the red butter is perfect! Price is for me too expensive (500€ pour 2 people without a bottle of wine, which is too expensive also), comparing to same type of restaurants. Prices are almost the same than a 2 stars restaurant in Paris... but we are in Saarbrücken! Nice city of course, but with a much lower cost of living. In my opinion, prices should be at least 20% cheaper than in Paris. Anyway, we will come back for sure. Best regards,

A wonderful & relaxing lunch. Each course during our prix fixed menu was a visual & delicious treat. Ambience & attentiveness of the staff made for the perfect repast. Strongly recommend treating yourself to this culinary experience!

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Der Preis ist schon hoch, aber total gerechtfertigt, wenn ich die ganzen Grüsse aus der Küche und die künstlerische Darstellung einbeziehe. Die Weinbegleitung hat uns nicht ganz überzeugt. Das essen ist sehr lecker gewesen, aber ab und an hat der letzte Pfiff uns gefehlt. Ein negativer Kritikpunkt ist, dass die onlinekarte nicht stimmig ist. Das 5 Gang Menü ist ein anderes, als vor Ort und vor allem der Preisunterschied zwischen online und vor Ort Preis bei der Weinbegleitung ist mit ca. 20€ schon hoch.

Der Besuch im Gästehaus Erfort war wie immer fantastisch. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, das Ambiente ist sehr elegant und das Menü war absolut traumhaft. Es gibt jetzt sogar auch alkoholfreie Aperitife. Es gelingt Herrn Erfort mit jedem Gang wieder zu überraschen und ein nie geahntes Niveau an Qualität, Kreativität und Geschmacksnuancen zu eröffnen. Ein wirkliches Erlebnis für alle Sinne im Haus Erfort. Der Chef hätte längst wieder einen dritten Stern verdient.

Nachdem wir ein paar Kritikpunkte hatten, ( Rechnung galsch, unaifmerksamerService....)gab man uns zu verstehen, kommen Sie nicht wieder. Unser Trinkgeld wollten Sie nicht.

Bei Sommerwetter im Garten ein Fest der Sinne. Hohe Handwerkskunst bei der Tellergestaltung, fantastische Geschmackskombinationen und eine gut abgestimmte Weinbegleitung des Complet. Aufmerksamer Service rundete das Ganze ab. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend !
