Italian food lovers can rejoice: Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

Dress Code Applicable - Swimwear, swim coverups, and sheer clothing not permitted.

Service was OUTSTANDING! I had made the reservation for apparently brunch. Not the menu I wanted. We were able to arrange to be for the dinner menu reservation and went downstairs to gamble. Food was incredible! Staff was very friendly and on point. Beats Bobby Flay Almafi hands down!

The food is amazing. The lemon spaghetti is a must try. This visit, we had the tasters menu. It is fabulous. The short rib melts in your mouth.

I always love coming to Giada’s while in Vegas. I noticed the prices did go up this time. Food is good, but as prices are going up I don’t think the value is there anymore.

Our disappointment was we had to wait to be seated even though we completed “we will be there” three times. We paid extra for window we could see the window but were not seated next next to window.. we are long time fans of Giada.
