   Our anniversary lunch was delightful. I enjoy Riesling and the salmon with polenta and squash. My husband chose Chardonnay and grilled chicken salad. Along with the bread, our selections were delicious. The “icing on the cake” was the complimentary rich chocolate with raspberry sauce dessert and excellent coffee. Our wait staff was helpful and she even engaged my husband in conversation about his Ukrainian crafted cane with Thor on the top. We have heard friends recommend the restaurant and we are only sorry we waited so long to enjoy it ourselves. Definitely we will return.

   The eggs benedict and breakfast flat bread were delicious. Service was very slow and not very good. I had made a reservation and put in the comments that we were celebrating my aunt’s birthday. Her birthday was never acknowledged. When I went to the check in area and asked why it was not celebrated, the staff looked up my reservation and said, oh sorry. I went back to the table and still nothing! Won’t be celebrating at Green Valley Grill anymore. BTW…we celebrated my aunt’s birthday at Print Works last year and they were so kind to my aunt and gave her a birthday dessert with a candle. That is where we will go again next year.

   The food was good and the music was great but the service was lacking. It's typically much better. Overall though we enjoyed it and had a good time.

   GVG is one of my favorite places to dine! The food is consistently great and love that they change it up with the seasons but you can count on the menu having most loved items always on the menu! I love going there at lunch. . . Can’t beat the value. Finally, I love that you can choose to dine in, at the bar or outside weather permitting. They make your special occasions delightful!
