   A large number of tables were not in use which didn’t help with the ambience (and people were queuing outside for approx 30-40 mins for the tables that were in use). Our server didn’t explain the ordering process in that he took appetiser orders and then came back for entree orders after we had eaten the appetiser’s which seemed very strange and confusing. There were no draft beers available. Apparently they had run out over thanksgiving and were waiting for their order. How can a Hard Rock in NYC run out of beer? Some drinks appeared, others didn’t so we had to chase. The entrees were mainly awful. We sent back four from six meals (all burgers) as they were both underdone and cold. The restaurant did make new food very quickly but the quality was poor. We did complain to the staff and on receipt of the bill, the food had been removed and we only paid for drinks. Only right in the circumstances but it spoiled the last night of our holiday and we would have preferred to have had a great experience/food and paid for it.

   We find the choice of the ampunt of tip way to highcomparing to the service we got. The toilets are very very dirty. We didn"t have a good Hardrock cafe experience. The resetvation desk was not very helpfull

   Compared to other Hard Rock Cafes, the burger patties here are much smaller. The air in the restaurant is very bad, they carry smoking food through the restaurant, the smoke hurts in the eyes and irritates the airways. After a visit, the clothes smell like a chimney. Burgers are lovelessly draped over a few fries. I am very disappointed with this Hard Rock Cafe

   Es ist für uns bei jedem Städte Trip ein Pflichttermin und war auch hier in New York City ein toller Abend! Jedoch wer den Service von den Hardrock Cafés in London, Barcelona und Lissabon kennt, das zuvorkommend sein, die Sauberkeit und Ordnung der Tische und einfach den ganze Flair, es ist hier leider in New York etwas schlechter! Etwas chaotisch beim servieren, es dürften nicht alle Mitarbeiter so gut geschult sein wie in anderen Standorten, aber trotzdem alle sehr freundlich! Auch der ganze Style des Restaurants geht in New York eigentlich unter, kennen wir noch besser und cooler woanders!

   Our food was overcooked. When the manager came to address the issue, they didn’t really listen to our concerns but simply took our plates and left. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

   Great food, great service, our waiter was amazing, he mentioned he was leaving a few days after our visit so we wish him all the best with his new adventure!

   Disappointing Experience at Hard Rock Cafe Times Square I recently booked a table for 10 people at Hard Rock Cafe Times Square 7 weeks prior to arriving, to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. Having dined at Hard Rock locations in London, Florida, New York, and France, we thought it would be a safe bet for this special occasion. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, despite having our booking, there was confusion about where to seat us. We were eventually led to a table with 9 seats and another separate table with 4 seats, which meant our group had to be split. This was disappointing and impacted the rest of the night for our family and friends. We asked several times to be seated together or to push the tables together, but due to the layout, this was impractical. The server was polite and provided good service, although I had to go and request the bill as we didn’t see the server after finishing our meals. Other tables around us received recognition for birthdays, but there was nothing for my wife, which further added to our dissatisfaction. When we eventually received the bill, there was a comment asking for feedback if we weren’t happy. I politely gave my feedback to the manager, who stated that they sometimes split parties unless specifically requested to be seated together. However, there is no way to request this on the app. His approach was to put the responsibility back on the customer, which I found extremely poor. We had already eaten our meal and paid the bill before giving the feedback, as the food was nice, as always from Hard Rock. I did not give the feedback for any gain, only because they invited it. Unfortunately, having tried Hard Rock for a special occasion and receiving such poor service that ultimately spoiled the vibe, I won’t be looking to book again. There are plenty of other options available that would put more energy into looking after their customers.
