    The manager that’s stay up from was alil rude . We didn’t have all our parties there and I know they have there policies but he was alil rude . I didn’t get his name tho but the manager that’s stayed in the cooking area was nice he was concerned about why we didn’t get our food on time and currently. The waitress was good but she disappeared at one point when we needed her but then she kept on making sure i and my friends was good . Over all I had a wonderful time

    There was hair in the mashed potatoes and when explained to the manager, I was told that there was no cook that had blonde hair. I could understand that, if it wasn’t mashed into the mashed potatoes. Only thing that was done is the hair removed and that severed the same food back with an extra scoop of mashed potatoes. Like wth, thats not what I wanted. Very disappointing coming from the so called best.

    Ich habe bei meiner Reservierung „Geburtstag“ angegeben. Aber das hat keinen interessiert. Das fand ich sehr schade. Zumal ich auch Unity Member bin.

    Mon expérience s’est très mal passé. J’avais demandé une modification à mon burger. De retirer un truc qui était à l’intérieur car j’ai une allergie et il est arrivé à l’intérieur. J’ai demandé de recommencer mais on me l’a ramené on l’avait juste retiré et il y en avait encore sur la viande. Ça a duré pendant un quart d’heure que mon plat était froid que même un supérieur est venu et on avait même pas fini de manger qu’on nous apportait l’addition comme si on allait partir sans payer. Je trouve ça honteux c’est le cuisinier et la serveuse qui se trompe et c’est moi qui suis mal considéré. Je n’ai jamais vécu ça je n’ai mangé que les frites je n’avais pas envie de finir à l’hôpital. je veux bien comprendre que c’est la crise, mais les quantités ont bien diminué passer votre chemin,

    Where do I start! 1 - plate half full with a handful of chips compared to to others. 2 - no mayo on the side as requested. 3 - chicken burger and beef burger both returned as both freezing cold. I would never go to that Hard Rock Cafe again. Overpriced for bang average food
