    Post-concert holiday dinner the Sunday before Christmas with my wife. Harry’s was beautifully decorated for the season! We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and were seated in a few minutes. Our server greeted us quickly and took our drink orders. She brought us our drinks and freshly baked breads, which were warm fresh from the oven, and butter. There were 3 different varieties of bread and they were all delicious. A great start to our meal. My wife ordered the salad vert and shrimp scampi, and I ordered Caesar salad and filet mignon. The salads were generous portions, with fresh crisp lettuces and house made dressings. They both tasted fantastic! My wife’s shrimp scampi contained so many large plump shrimp there was just enough pasta to accompany them! And the pasta was perfectly Al dente too. My filet was cooked perfectly to medium, and the bearnaise sauce was a perfect accompaniment. The beef was very flavorful and tender. I told our server the chef had cooked my filet perfectly. It was textbook cooking and showed the scope of the chef’s skill. For dessert we shared blood orange sorbet, which was also scrumptious. It was one of the best meals we’ve had at a high end restaurant. Harry’s never disappoints! We will be back very soon!

    The clams casino are the best I’ve had in the area. The calamari was fresh and crispy the perfect batter amount.

    I made reservations weeks in advance, but when I arrived on time, I was seated at a table in the bar! It was loud, crowded, and very uncomfortable. When I asked if there was a table in the dining room, I was offered to wait, or I could be seated quickly in a booth in the rear. I sat in a booth, and the service and food were terrific. I would easily recommend dining at Harry's, but make sure you are seated in the restaurant.

    Beautiful setting, comfortable. Service was good but server behaved as if he didn’t want to be there. Ordered filet but should have had prime rib. Other’s guests raved about it. Lobster mashed potatoes were instant, not real. For $23 expected more. Filet was dry. Crab meat came in cold “chunks”. Total bill for 5 was $560 without tip. No deserts. This was our go to steak house. There are better options for the price.
