   Found restaurant was closed and had to ask where to go. Told menu being served in OP. They didn't know how to check us in via open table. But. after all that, we had a lovely and tasty meal. Really nice server too.

   I think this restaurant was getting ready for a remodel and the food/service was just not good. I’m sure under normal circumstances the experience would be much better.

   Absolutely terrible. They are apparently closing for renovations, but they ran out of items listed on the menu, took forever for service. The managers put service staff is terrible position to take reservations, let customers in and then not be equipped to handle it w upcoming shutdown.

   Food was good, we got the pretzels, dip trio and quesadillas. Service was slow and waitress didn’t check on us after delivering our drinks. Kitchen help brought us food and waitress appeared to only bring check when we were finished. Did not receive any plates so we had to eat over the trays the food was brought in. It was a busy evening and the bar was packed with only what looked like two servers. Our waitress was nice and we were understanding of what looked like an understaffed bar

   We made a reservation as we were eating before a concert at white river park. We were seated in a somewhat timely manner, had to wait in line for a bit until a hostess finally showed up. Once seated a server greeted us took our drink order as well as our appetizer order which were 2 appetizers. After our drinks arrived in a timely manner it went down-hill from there! We never received our appetizers nor did our server come back for quite some time we tried to flag down anyone and could not get anybody’s attention! We finally flagged down our server and we asked where are appetizers were and he said let me check and left again for quite some time! He later came back still with no food, nor had he even taken our dinner order yet, he said the “KITCHEN” lost our ticket for the apps??? He was not apologetic at all he then took our food order and another round of a drink order. Appetizers later arrived delivered by another server with no apologies on the extreme delay! The food arrived finally and one of the burgers was missing so 4 guest and 3 dishes arrived and the person who delivered the food was again not our server as he was know where to be found. We waited 10 minutes just to get someone attention to please check on the missing burger! Once again our server came back to the table after some co-worker found him and he said the “KITCHEN” lost our ticket for that burger. He was very rude and again NOT apologetic at all for this mix up! We clearly knew he was forgetting to put our order in and it was not the kitchen fault! After all of this not manager nor himself came over to check on us or apologize for the inconvenience as we were now late for our event! In addition we were charged for everything even though the server messed up our order and our dinner experience! We will not be back because of the very poor service!!!

   We had a reservation that we were early for. They sat us immediately when we arrived. The atmosphere was fun. They have plenty of TVs with different sports on so you can watch whatever your interests are.

   To be fair they were very busy but my reservation was for 5:45 but did not get seated until 6:05. The kitchen was backed up so never even ordered food due to time constraints.
