Been here before years ago and was looking forward to treating my guests to a nice experience. It started off fine and went downhill quickly. Drink order was wrong, food was not as ordered, beef Wellington was $99 and was ordered medium rare and came out medium well or well done. Ordered roasted potatoes and got mashed potatoes told 2 servers to be sure it came out correct after the fish was cooked properly. After waiting at least 20-25 minutes, the rest of our party was finished eating and I lost my appetite. I wasn’t told it would take that long to remake and I said to forget the order. Waitress brought it to me anyway a while later and refused it because I lost my appetite, rest of the party was finished eating etc. it still has mashed potatoes, not fingerlings as ordered and told twice to correct. All we got was a bad attitude and the whole table was ignored after that. It took at least 30 months to get our check after asking numerous times. We only got bad attitude, excuses and ignored for almost an hour. They also cleaned the table next to us and put all their dirty plates and food less than a foot from my head on a tray. Other meals were also overcooked and over seasoned. Bad service, bad food, extremely noisy for what is supposed to be an upscale restaurant and extremely overpriced for what they serve. Will never go back or recommend. Stay away. There are so many other better places to eat in the area. I have been a local for 17 years and was embarrassed to take my family and guests there.

Hugo's never disappoints. If you are searching for the perfect couple's night out or even a spot to impress for a small business dinner that is off the traditional Vegas script, Hugo's is the perfect choice. The ambiance is spectacular, its history rich, and the service is impeccable.

We have been going to Hugo's for over 20 years, and have brought along many who had never been to the restaurant. I can honestly say, never has there been a disappointment!
