Our menu is influenced by the street food found in the open-air markets frequented in Mexico City. Isalita is a locally owned, energetic Mexican restaurant located in downtown Ann Arbor, MI.

We take advance reservations for parties of 6 or more. Please note that not all of our large tables are displayed online.

The food was marginal. Most people (10 of us) didn’t like their food. The mahi mahi fish tacos were breaded and fried and looked like mozzarella sticks. I couldn’t finish my plate. The food should be much better.

Had heard about isalitas for quite a while as it is the sister restaurant to manis. Highly recommend. Liked it even more than manis - completely different and so so good.

An amazing experience in the midst of the hectic Art Fair! Ryan was a great server, the host staff was excellent, and the food delicious. Thanks to all!

Very attentive wait staff. They paid attention to gluten and nut allergies we had in our group. Checked on us frequently. Food was great.
