   The resturant was nice and our server was amazing. She was friendly, attentive and even offered us a game to play at our table. I gave a one star for food and value because at the end of the day, if the food is not good then the value would be poor. I had the Salmon bowl. The Salmon was dry and the food was very salty. My sons burger was mushy with what appeard to be oil, so he left back most of it, we both did. My husband tried the honey garlic wings as he had previously tried the BBQ and had enjoyed it. The honey garlic was not the same. He ate it but dod not enjoy it. Needless to say our experience was not good. We came away feeling like we had wasted the 200$ we just spent on dinner. The one good thing is that dessert was not disappointing.

   Me and my husband came to Jack Astor for the Valentines and our server Sharon was great . We enjoyed the food that we ordered

   Poor service, 10 minutes for reserved table to be available. Waited 45 minutes after asking for the bill.

   We love our first experience here. The atmosphere is so good. Very welcoming and inviting. Love the fact that they do trivia games on screen and everyone can participate using their phones. Recommend getting the Garlic Bread and Large Red Sangria! Amazing! Definitely will go back there again.

   Lounge server 12pm shift was awesome! Didn’t get her name, kind, attentive, knew when to be there when not to, genuine, Keira was her name, she didn’t make us feel rushed, so we felt welcomed and comfortable to order more, wish her continued success and good job who hire her!

   Everything was great (food, drinks, ambience, dessert) except for the service & wait time after we finished our meal. It was evident that our waitress had too many tables to cover & there weren't enough servers on the floor. This location needs better service & coverage.

    I had the Hunter's Chicken and my friend had the other Chicken which was a special of the day. They were both delicious and very good recommendation from the waiter. He was very pleasant and service was excellent.
