   The experience started rough. Waited at the front of the restaurant for fifteen minutes after arriving on time for a 7:45 table. It only got worse from there. After a light appetizer and bread service the bread was taken away and the bread dishes which had to use for appetizer were left in for of us for 30 minutes. After forty five minutes of waiting for dinner, I asked to speak to a manager. This manager offered nothing but a a hal hearted apology. The dinner arrived my wife had the salmon which was solid. I order a steak and broccolini. The steak lacked any sort of presentation basically thrown on a plate. The broccolini was seasoned well. Needless to say we will not be returning to the establishment. We could have chosen a steak house a much lower price point and had a better experience.

   Food looked and was great. Nice scenery. We arrived early but all the staff was awesome and we sat and watched them work and coordinate the fixtures.

   The food was cooked to perfection with the exception of the filet being on the salty side despite requesting light seasoning. Was not given a steak knife no silverware for my dessert. Our server Doris was very friendly but was spread out so thin she was not able to check if we were happy with our meal and we had to request refills on our water twice. I don’t feel it was her fault due to poor staffing. If staffing was better I would recommend your restaurant to my friends.

   We sat by the windows overlooking Lake Michigan, which was beautiful. Service was excellent, drinks were good, and food was delicious. Would definitely dine here again!

   Food was very good, but several orders came out of the kitchen and bar wrong. Had to wait a long time for replacements. Wait staff seemed overwhelmed. Waited nearly 1/2 hour to receive our bill.

   We visited on the last day of January, which we knew ahead of time would be crowded due to everyone using their anniversary dinners before they expired. Dawn,Abraham and supporting team did an excellent job of getting our order and checking on us during our dinning. Everyone was going full speed. Our orders were done perfectly, considering they were slammed busy, our dinners did not take much longer than normal. Thank you to everyone for going above and beyond during such a busy night!

    By default, went there before a concert. Very limited menu. Dated decor. Chairs were uncomfortable. Prices were very high. We had the chicken dinner, spinach salad, and a baked potato. Potato was big enough for two people. Salad was delicious. Chicken was OK. Spent over $60 on two glasses of wine that were not that great.  Total bill was around $150 with tip, and we ate light for two people. Some other notable items, only one coed bathroom for the restaurant, and none of the wait staff smiled. We watched as they waited on the tables and it seemed like everybody was stone faced. Our waitress was pleasant, not overly attentive, and had no idea regarding making recommendations for the wine list. Disappointing, would not go back, eat before you go to any concerts there.
