   Our server was very nice and attentive but it took us 30 minutes to get the drinks and an hour to get the food and the place wasn’t even that busy. Probably lacking back of house staff

   Beautiful view of Lake Michigan and Chicago. The restaurant does show its age and should be in line for a renovation, in my opinion. The food was fantastic. Priced high but lower than Chicago fine dining restaurants. Overall, a very good experience. Wait staff was under staffed so only one person working at 7-10 tables which drastically slowed down her service for drink refills, to go boxes, and final payment. That was the disappointment of the experience unfortunately. No pressure sales, but being overly busy our server didn’t suggest coffee or desert which we would’ve purchased. I’ll go back if we attend another show at the casino but I wouldn’t just go to the restaurant.

   My experience was surprising because I read a lot of good reviews. I didn’t care for this place at all. My first drink was made incorrectly, so I asked them to remake it. The second had a bug in the ice, so I stuck to water. The taco appetizers were good. I ordered a ribeye medium and it came out rare. My hubby ordered his NY Strip steak medium well and it came out medium rare. Our server didn’t check on us often so it took a long time to get our issues addressed. The steaks didn’t get fixed. They took our two sides off the bill and our tacos, but they cost less than the steak, so that fix was really unacceptable. I wouldn’t go back nor can I recommend it.

   Excellent staff! Jack Binion’s steakhouse is a full service steakhouse. The food is prepared they way it should be and not rushed! Perfection takes time. Take your time here and enjoy. If your in a hurry and need to get to a show fast, head down stairs they have a pizza parlor and a nice self ordering restaurant with great food. Special thank you to Dawn , she always stops to check on us during dinner, Abraham is the best in the business, absolutely and genuinely wants you to have the best dinning experience possible. The hostess Michelle greets you with a smile and is always striving to get you the best possible seating and views. Patrick the head chef prepares excellent dishes! Food is prepared with quality in mind, not just rushing out of the kitchen. We greatly appreciate the quality dinning experience over being rushed. Thank you all for making our dinning experience quality!

   Our dinner was delicious. We started with calamari and a delightful spinach salad with blueberries, feta, shaved onions & honey roasted pecans, (balsamic dressing). I enjoyed two twins lobster tails and my husband enjoyed a lb of king crab. We shared an order of roasted brussel sprouts. We finished with a cheesecake that was to die for.

   server and bartender both running tables. one drink at the open and then nothing....until my partner wanted dessert.

   The service was horrible. We barely saw our waitress and waited over an hour before getting our food and the restaurant was not packed

    The experience started rough. Waited at the front of the restaurant for fifteen minutes after arriving on time for a 7:45 table. It only got worse from there. After a light appetizer and bread service the bread was taken away and the bread dishes which had to use for appetizer were left in for of us for 30 minutes. After forty five minutes of waiting for dinner, I asked to speak to a manager. This manager offered nothing but a a hal hearted apology. The dinner arrived my wife had the salmon which was solid. I order a steak and broccolini. The steak lacked any sort of presentation basically thrown on a plate. The broccolini was seasoned well. Needless to say we will not be returning to the establishment. We could have chosen a steak house a much lower price point and had a better experience.
