   Ordered the 8 oz filet and was the best I’ve had in a very long time. It did take a while to get our entree but we weren’t in a hurry.

   It was a very busy night and our waiter was overwhelmed in his section. My husband was never asked if he wanted another cocktail though his water was constantly refilled by the table attendant. For some reason there were fruit flies all around are table but there didn’t seem to be any around the other tables. Food was delicious, cooked perfectly! It was just a very long period of time that we waited, for things, not our normal experience

   March Madness and crowded tables made an elegant restaurant into a sports bar. We have dined there often and look forward to a quieter time. Also the Cafe was closed so perhaps that added to the crowded conditions.

   Quality of the food and overall experience has greatly declined. Rolls were dried out and uninteresting. Friends ordered the seafood specials and they were served cold and undercooked. Prices have increased, menu choices have decreased, and food quality is sorely disappointing especially considering the increased prices. It appears that this restaurant no longer cares about repeat business by local patrons since we’ve heard of others who have also decided to no longer patronize this once-great restaurant. From now on, Gregory’s will be our choice for a special dinner.

   Reservation was at 5:00pm, greeted and seated, no wait time. We were approached by our waiter for our drink and food order at 5:10pm. My husband ordered their special, a New York Steak and shrimp and I ordered Parmesan Chicken. Ten minutes after ordering our waitress had to come to our table and tell us that they were out of their Steak special, and my husband had to order another menu item, he ordered a Ribeye Steak. She informed us at that time that they only had 8 New York steaks for the night and were already out of them. Let's be clear Katherines opens for dinner at 4:00pm and they were out of the special within an hour of opening. Why have a special if you are out of a product. My chicken parmesan was a nice portion but was cold as well as the potato and vegies. My husband Steak was good and served hot. The rolls they serve you are horrible, heated up, store bought and dry. The service was slow but our waiter was friendly and tried to be as efficient as possible with the conditions of the kitchen. The busser was friendly and kept the drinks filled and dirty plates remove. We have been going to Katherines for 17 years and in the last year the food has become mediocre, service is fair, and the prices have skyrocketed. Very disappointed in the dining experience, not the same Katherines that we have been going to for 17 years.

   Took our reservation for 2 PM when the restaurant doesn't open until 4 PM. We had to eat in the Lounge and pay $75. each because it was during March Madness. Crab Cakes we very good

    The area where we sat was crowded and extremely loud. We were celebrating our anniversary, and we were surrounded by three groups of loud golfers. The waiter was having difficulty maneuvering around a large table that backed up to our booth. The waiters did the best they could. I believe we could have been placed in a less noisy area. We had let them know it was an anniversary celebration.
