                                                                                      I’m hard pressed to think of a better dining experience. LA prime was simply sublime! The service was impeccable, the server’s recommendations were all on point, the steak au poivre was exceptional, the sides were amazing as was the dessert. It’s just a beautiful space to dine.

                                                                                      There was no hostess when we arrived so there was a delay in getting checked in. When we were finally seated, we were seated at a table in the lobby practically. We were less than 5 feet from the chair in the lobby area and could see/hear everyone checking in. It made an otherwise very nice restaurant seem very pedestrian. Everyone taken to their seat had to walk by our lobby table. Due to no fault of the server, it took over 30 minutes to get our drinks and 45 minutes for a soup and salad appetizer. The waiter was very friendly, but it must have been a bust night for the kitchen staff as they were terribly slow. This wasn’t the impression I wanted for my husband’s birthday dinner. He was very excited to try this place and now he says he doesn’t need to return even though it was a place he wanted to try.

                                                                                      I love the experience at L.A prime, the food, atmosphere, the views and the staff was great. The night was made special by the server Jose and the other ones helping, who helped me surprise my GF as I proposed to her. They helped me make the night a memorable night along with my now fiance! Overall I enjoyed L.A prime and would definitely come back.

Cameron or server and certainly Christian, the Manager were quite attentive and concerned regarding our need ad wants. Wine list needs a new printing as vintages were way off in some cases

                                                                                      Really disappointing performance for a $300 meal. The ribeye steak was definitely not USDA Prime like they said on the menu. It was tough, full of tendons, and woefully under seasoned. They messed up the cook on the steak as well, under-cooking it. The scallops were also undercooked and under seasoned. The service seemed really off too, with our waitress acting rushed and inattentive. The lobster bisque was pretty good, as well as the heirloom tomato and burrata salad, but we were really disappointed with the whole experience. Won't be coming back.

                                                                                      First I appreciate the service from the lady that served us she was very kindful and very lovely and she were a hard working lady she gave us a best service ever and the food were amazing it was 100 percent delicious me and my boys really liked the restaurant it were fancy and beautiful and I will once again say thank you to the lady that served us we can’t wait to come back to the restaurant.
