The rich woods and traditional decor of La Taverne welcomes guests to one of the most legendary steakhouses in Colorado. The airy Le Jardin Room brings the outdoors in and allows guests to dine among lush florals and a stunning 16-foot chandelier.

Savor the finest selection of hand-cut prime steaks, chops, and prime rib, along with an enticing array of options from our seafood bar. The Broadmoor Restaurant Collection procures only sustainable fish and seafood. Our Eagles Nest Ranch wagyu beef is raised exclusively for The Broadmoor at Eagles Nest Ranch.

Mingle with friends while enjoying a selection from our wine list or classic cocktails, complemented by fresh oysters from the Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf Coasts. The restaurant features a guitarist on Friday and Saturday from 6pm-9pm for our Guests enjoyment.

    A 20% service charge for a dry-aged steak that arrived medium well instead of rare is disappointing. By the time the replacement arrived, my date had already finished her meal. Given the price, the food fell short of expectations. While some staff members were kind, I expected a higher level of service from the Broadmoor.

    We have been eating at the La Taverne for over ten years. It is our go to place for special occasions. Only once was the food not up to par. Normally food and service are excellent. The tenderloin is my favorite. Very tender and great tasting.

    Had the prime rib-delicious and my spouse had Salmon another delicious dish. Outstanding service. Loved the Garden where our seat was
