The rich woods and traditional decor of La Taverne welcomes guests to one of the most legendary steakhouses in Colorado. The airy Le Jardin Room brings the outdoors in and allows guests to dine among lush florals and a stunning 16-foot chandelier.

Savor the finest selection of hand-cut prime steaks, chops, and prime rib, along with an enticing array of options from our seafood bar. The Broadmoor Restaurant Collection procures only sustainable fish and seafood. Our Eagles Nest Ranch wagyu beef is raised exclusively for The Broadmoor at Eagles Nest Ranch.

Mingle with friends while enjoying a selection from our wine list or classic cocktails, complemented by fresh oysters from the Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf Coasts. The restaurant features a guitarist on Friday and Saturday from 6pm-9pm for our Guests enjoyment.

An excellent lunch while visiting a guest at The Broadmoor. Kyler's service was excellent while not hovering, food excellent and should be back in the area we will absolutely stop in again. Can be busy depending on the day, time and how busy this large impressive hotel is, so make a reservation.

The Broadmoor is a lovely place to go with friends. We went to the boutiques afterwards and had a great time. Taverne has good food and service.

We had a wonderful lunch at La Taverne today. We are so happy that the Broadmoor chicken salad is back on the menu! Our server Tyler was terrific. She made the lunch even better with her outstanding service. We look forward to returning soon.

We've been to La Taverne at The Broadmoor a few times and have always had Tyler as our server. Not only is her personality infectious, but she's knowledgeable about the menu, the hotel, and the restaurant itself. We love coming here to see her as we know we'll be welcomed with a smile! She made such an impact on my husband and I during one dinner and we knew we had to have her at our wedding later that Fall at the Broadmoor - and she made it happen!! She showed up, again with a smile, and made our night. The service at the Broadmoor is always something to be acknowledged, but when one single person makes such an impact, it should be recognized. Oh yeah - the food is pretty good too! Make sure to get the French Onion Soup!

Excellent service and a friendly staff. Unfortunately on this night my date's medium steak was closer to well done and my scallops were warm at best. I expect this night was an aberration and we will be back.

The meal was exceptional and our server, Guillermo, was outstanding. The atmosphere in the Garden Room is very special to us. A truly special evening all the way around.

Heather G was gracious and gently attentive on a very crowded and lively evening. She is the epitome of an experienced waitperson. She took time to explain our wine selection ~ a lovely Sauvignon blanc from Saint Clair Family Estate. My scallops were perfect and my husband enjoyed a burger grilled to perfection. All in all, our first evening’s meal at the Broadmoor was an excellent experience. Thank you to Heather.
