Restaurants near Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall

HBH was an excellent night out. We had friends in from 4 states to Buffalo and the dinner and music (and beer....) was a great night out. They all had fun and the food was excellent. Service was prompt and cordial. Great staff. We sang, we drank, we ate, we made memories for a group that has been a motorcycle riding "family" for over 40 years. I would recommend to anyone and I have been the the original HBH in Munich. This was a blast !!

Although set inside a hotel, this restaurant had such a cool vibe. Beautiful bar, open kitchen, modern decor, private nooks. The server was efficient, but didn’t exactly give his tables the warm and fuzzies. The short rib, potatoes and rainbow chard were to die for. So tender and flavorful. Had a bite of my husband’s steak and that took was cooked to perfection, tender, and flavorful. Great little stop for our first night in Buffalo.

First time visit. Wasn’t sure what to expect. The space is unique to say the least with a split level dining room. I’d request downstairs if we go again. Kind of a modern speakeasy feel. Staff was attentive but not pesky. Food was on point. Simple menu mostly from scratch. Cocktails are on point as well. IMO it’s worth a try if you haven’t been-

Our server Laura V. was excellent. I ordered one the Specials, the 45 Day Dry-Aged Kansas City Strip. Was very good. Added Black Truffle Butter to that. Ordered a side of Sauteed Button Mushrooms, which was a very large order, certainly more than enough for two. All in all, a great evening out.

First time dinning with Bacchus overall it was amazing! I surprised my husband with an anniversary dinner and let’s just say 5 stars all around! We were completed with some champagne for our special night and enjoyed their ribeye. Definitely the biggest steak I’ve ever had! We for sure ate like kings ❤️
