- JJustinNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe Bocuse is one of my favorite restaurants in the NY /CT area. The food , service and ambiance are first rate. And having the students perform most of the services makes for an enjoyable experience. It’s worth the 70 mile drive for me !More infoThe Bocuse Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• French• Hyde Park•4.7
- DDennisNew York City •13 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoBeautiful campus, architecture and culinary history surround you as you enter. The staff are culinary students who are genuine and professional throughout the evening. The service is top notch, friendly and timely. The meal was excellent highlighted by the most remarkable Parker House and Chibata rolls baked fresh on site. Highly recommend!More infoAmerican Bounty at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• American• Hyde Park•4.6
- MRMichelleRNew York City •2 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024I expected the tasting to be an in person affair. I work in college admissions and may be more tuned into these issues than most, but it was odd to essentially watch three videos (which were played very loudly) rather than have a guide. The tasting info itself was very interesting and the small tour we received was nice, but be advised you don’t see the full campus. “A taste” is more like it. Very sweet students and excited to go back! If you’re interested in the restaurants, be sure to book those in advance.More infoSpecial Events & Public Tours at The Culinary Institute of America - Hyde ParkPrice: Very Expensive• American• Hyde Park•4.3
- JJamesvipGreater Boston •16 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 10, 2024As restaurant experiences go, this was one of our best of 2024. We came to the area for one evening and had been to this establishment under the prior owners a few years back. Your staff took it to another level and literally knocked it out of the park. Nikko served as both our bar tender and server and was outstanding. We are from Long Island and plan to return real soon. Bravo for an outstanding dining experience.More infoCiao Bella RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Italian• New Paltz•4.5
- CCathyNew York State •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 10, 2024Loved the entire meal, ambiance and service! It is a little off-putting that they are in the hotel lobby, but there was a beautiful fireplace and the finishes from the menu to the booth leather were beautiful. Our waiter Matt was very attentive and enthusiastic. I have recommended The Storyteller to several people already!!!More infoThe Storyteller - Inn at BellefieldPrice: Moderate• American• Hyde Park•3.8
