Wonderful meal, enjoyed by all. Service was excellent. Background music a little loud for my parents with hearing aids.

Server was friendly, we went on the night of the Santa clause parade with 2 toddlers. Only feedback would be the kids meals , burger was enormous and hard for a 2 year old to eat. Good job overall.

Was recommended to go to the Heist for the ambiance and delicious food. Was not disappointed a definitely must try for anyone in Kingston. The fried pork belly appetizer was amazing, would never have been my first pick but glad I took the servers recommendation.

Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and gave excellent service. The food was outstanding and exactly as described. We were pleasantly surprised with amuse bouche before our appetizers. Cocktails were perfectly made. Presentation of everything was outstanding. Highly recommend!
