Chef/Owner James DeSisto has a seasonal a la carte menu featuring fresh seafood, pasta, steaks, and appetizers. In addition there is a chef’s special menu featuring local and seasonal food from all over NJ, PA, and NY please keep in mind this menu changes weekly. Chef DeSisto also has gluten free and vegan options for guests as well. Our outdoor patio is weather permitting, if we cannot accommodate outside due to weather we will move you inside depending on availability. My family and I celebrated Thanksgiving the night before the actual holiday at Sayola and I am so glad we did. It was a wonderful experience. Everything from the Spanish music we enjoyed to the attentiveness of our waitress and fellow staff to the food we ordered was great. For myself and my family it was an experience we shall be repeating, Thank you Sayola for making my holiday so special.

For a hotel restaurant it’s bumping but the food was subpar I asked for medium rare steak and I got well done and the sauce on top was so citrusy it ruined the steak for me , didn’t pay attention to booming didn’t realize it was a hotel resturant but it was cute .. under staffed waiter had about 15 tables all by himself but he did a good job I most likely won’t return but thank you
