Gretchen was a super server, checked on us just the right amount of times. Told us specials and in house made treats! Food was great, the best we have had yet. Can't wait to return! Well worth the drive from Iowa!

We had the Cedar plank Salmon and the Parmesan crusted Walleye, and both were very good! The garlic mashed potatoes were nice and warm, but not very garlicky, which for some might be fine but I was hoping for a little bit more flavor. The green beans were cooked nicely, but not very flavorful and needed salt. Service was excellent, but it is extremely noisy on a Saturday night. Maybe that’s the way it is there, but we could barely hear ourselves without having to raise our voices as well. We hope to return when it is perhaps less noisy.

The weekend brunch is the absolute best. The Five West Sunrise is awesome, the Veggie Scramble is also fantastic. The breakfast potatoes rock and the hand cut garlic fries are the bomb! Five West is innovative, their staff is impeccable (Kim), and the food is incredible!

Original, thoughtful, well prepared and presented entrees. Extensive cocktail, wine and beer selection. All rolled up in friendly service made for a “ well be back” experience.

We always enjoy their food and service. We usually order the same meal: share a large Cesar salad, the filet mignon, and the chicken parmigiana with homemade pasta. All are perfectly done. The servers are all wonderful as well.
