Several years ago, I decided that my future in the restaurant business would most likely not remain in the realm of fine dining and gourmands, but would rather lean towards the style of restaurant that I found myself frequenting most often - places that provided consistency and quality at a price that was fair for the quality of the food and experience. Public House plays to the comforts of good, solid food, while applying the principles of premium food products to a more casual setting. You will find all the fish is delivered from Foley’s in Boston, high quality steaks and a rotating selection of vegetable sides that are true to the region and season.     Took my husband here for a date night. Had the best time. Blue cheese Filet he loved I had the Parmesan Encrusted Alaskan Halibut it was amazing. And the desserts were awesome. Atmosphere so nice. Definitely need reservations. We heard people coming in and it was a 2 hr wait for them.

    What a beautiful & fun place! The bar is incredible and so unique with the windows that open up for patrons to sit outside and have a drink. The food and service was top notch! Great cocktails too!

    We ate here last night and it was superb. Anna was our sever and she made everything perfect. Most restaurants don’t know how to make a good cosmo - but they got it perfect. We split a Caesar salad; they make their croutons on site, I don’t like croutons in general but their croutons were so flavorful. My husband had the filet and I had the rib eye. I have to say it was one of the best rib eyes I’ve had in a long time. My husband enjoyed his filet also. We thought the price was fairly reasonable for the food we ordered and will def be coming back again.
