We arrived early & our table was ready. The atmosphere was enchanting & boosted our holiday spirits straight away. Our server was charismatic & helpful with food & drink selections. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Fantastic experience!

One of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. The escargot was OK. So was the bisque.

The overall experience was pleasant. The tea menu is quite limited for a high end establishment. The food is very underwhelming. The bread was horribly dry. We are also afternoon tea people and this wasn't up to par. The service and ambience was lovely.
